AceShowbiz - Bravo has been struggling to decide who among the cast members is going to stay in the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County". Additionally, fans are curious about whether or not the network will restore Vicky Gulvanson's status as regular in season 15. A new report, however, suggests that nothing has changed for Vicky.
According to Radar Online, Vicky will not be upped and stay in her demoted "friend" status once again should she accept her offer. "Vicki hasn't decided yet if she will accept a friend role again," an insider said. "She has time to accept or decline the offer from Bravo bigwigs."
The report also reveals which Housewives who will be returning for the new season. "Confirmed and picked up for the RHOC cast for next season are Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Emily Simpson, Braunwyn Windham-Burke, and Kelly Dodd," the source dished, adding that the letters were sent to the ladies on Thursday and Friday.
Although Tamra got one, it was said that she was close to get fired from the show.
Meanwhile, things don't look good for Gina Kirschenheiter. "Gina could get something last hour but she wasn't sent a pickup with the rest of the ladies," the insider disclosed.
This arrives after Bravo reportedly might be doing a major cast shake-up by firing the whole cast. "The pickup letters are going to be sent out the week of January 6 and no one is safe," an insider previously claimed about the future of the housewives. "Bravo execs are considering firing everyone. They don't want the show to be boring," the source explained. "They're making the decision now and are going to let the ladies know in a few days."
It was reported that the execs wanted to maintain strong ratings for "RHOC". "People tuned in for the Vicki drama, but they also watched when she wasn't on," said the source, insisting the reality vixen "doesn't drive the whole show."
