AceShowbiz - It's only natural for celebrities to dress as formal as possible when attending an award show, but it looks like Jason Momoa can't care less about that. The "Aquaman" star set the Internet ablaze when he got caught on camera rocking a literal tank top at the 2020 Golden Globes at The Beverly Hills, California on Sunday, January 5.
Jason was sitting in the audience when the camera panned to him in a tank top as Brian Cox walked to the stage to receive his first Golden Globes award. He even tied up his shoulder-length hair and styled it into his iconic bun, looking even more casual than ever. While it's clearly not Jason's first time rocking such look, the fact that he even opted for this style at a formal award show got a lot of people talking.
"Jason Momoa wearing a tank to the #GoldenGlobes is peak Jason Momoa," one joked, as another chimed in, "I love that Jason Momoa said 'f**k it. I'm gonna wear my best black tank top tonight." Jason was also dubbed "the only person on the planet who could wear a tank top to the #GoldenGlobes" and hailed a winner for "absolutely giving zero f***ks by wearing a tank top to the Golden Globes."
However, Jason actually didn't wear a tank top when posing on the red carpet with wife Lisa Bonet. The "Game of Thrones" star was wearing a green velvet jacket, but it appeared Lisa was feeling a little bit chilly so he decided to give his jacket to his wife of three years so that she could drape it over her shoulders.
Jason later put on his jacket when taking the stage with stepdaughter Zoe Kravitz, but once again opted for maximum comfort in only a tank top at Instyle's Golden Globes after-party.
