The former 'House of Cards' actor has reached an undisclosed settlement with the estate administrators of the massage therapist who passed away earlier this year.

AceShowbiz - Kevin Spacey will head into 2020 with another legal issue behind him - the actor has settled a dispute with the estate administrators of a massage therapist who accused him of sexual assault.

The plaintiff claimed "The Usual Suspects" star made him grab his genitals as he tried to kiss him during a private session in October 2016.

The two parties were heading towards a trial next summer 2020 when the accuser died in September 2019.

As a result, prosecutors decided not to bring charges, and now the estate for the deceased has filed a notice to dismiss the lawsuit, according to Variety.

Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

Back in July, a judge dismissed another sexual assault case against the disgraced actor, due to the "unavailability of the complaining witness."

The accuser originally claimed Spacey repeatedly groped him in a bar when he was 18, but he pleaded the 5th Amendment while testifying about the incident and refused to answer questions about deleted texts on his phone that may have favoured Spacey.

The alleged victim previously dropped his civil case against the actor.

Spacey still faces six allegations of sexual assault in the U.K. between 1996 and 2013.

The actor, who was living in London while working as artistic director of the Old Vic theatre at the time, has been accused by 20 men of sexual assault. He has not been formally charged.
