The President blames the Canadian Prime Minister for the editing out of his cameo appearance in the 'Home Alone' sequel, while his son calls the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's move 'pathetic.'

AceShowbiz - Donald Trump has insisted "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York" "will never be the same" after his cameo appearance was cut from its Canadian broadcast over the holidays.

Canadian Broadcasting Corporation bosses chose to remove the U.S. leader's cameo in the sequel to make more room for commercials, meaning the brief scene in which Trump gives Macaulay Culkin's Kevin McCallister directions is missing from the film.

Fans took to social media to point out the omission, and it wasn't long before the President chimed in with his own thoughts on the matter.

After his son, Donald Trump, Jr., shared the story on Twitter and called the move "pathetic", the POTUS himself reacted to the news later in the day.

"I guess Justin (Trudeau, Canadian Prime Minister) doesn't much like my making him pay up on NATO or Trade!" he first tweeted. He then wrote, "The movie will never be the same! (just kidding)."

An executive for CBC said that the movie was "edited for time" and has been airing this way since 2014, reported JustJared.com.
