In a series of Twitter posts, Nessa Diab speaks out against NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and 'OTHERS' after Roger said that the league has moved on from Colin.

AceShowbiz - Colin Kaepernick's girlfriend Nessa Diab has spoken up on behalf of her boyfriend after NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said in a press conference that the league has moved on from the athlete. Calling out Roger and "OTHERS" for claiming to have given her boyfriend a "credible opportunity" to return to the league by arranging a scheduled workout, Nessa called them out for leaving out details as to why Colin and the league were unable to agree on terms for the workout.
In one of her tweets posted on Friday, December 13, the radio personality accused NFL of forcing Colin to sign a waiver for the workout which was altered to include a clause concerning future litigation under state and federal employment laws. According to Nessa, Colin's lawyers didn't agree on the clause and that's why the footballer changed the venue of the workout session at the last minute.
"Let me say it again. @nflcommish soooo YOU & OTHERS worked w multiple teams AND the front office to put sneaky verbiage in the waiver you wanted @Kaepernick7 to sign & wouldn't allow the workout to be transparent & you call it 'credible'? Hope you keep your story straight," Nessa wrote on Twitter. She didn't name Jay-Z in her tweet, but Roger stated that the hip-hop mogul was also "instrumental" in putting together that workout with the NFL and Nessa stressed "OTHERS" in her post.
She added in another post, "See the factual waiver details. Again,here are important facts that @nflcommish + league+others &their media shields are NOT willing to address truthfully.This was NOT a 'credible opportunity.' NFL's primary aim for Colin Kaepernick:Sign a waiver."
Accusing those involved with the bust workout of selling "their rights&integrity for 'looks' & a dollar," she raved over her boyfriend, "Let's celebrate Colin didn't allow himself to get played by the league+the others who used that workout to cover up their malicious intentions."
She further defended her athlete boyfriend on Sunday, writing likely to those who still didn't believe her, "If you believed that @nflcommish + others would do anything 'credible' for @Kaepernick7,you played yourself. The @NFL rejected a standard physical liability waiver from Colin's team. They ONLY wanted their waiver w the deceitful verbiage to be used."
Colin was scheduled to have a workout with the NFL at the Atlanta Falcons practice facility on November 16. The event, which was reportedly Jay-Z's attempt to overturn the bad press when he announced his partnership with the league, was arranged to give the 32-year-old quarterback an opportunity to resume his NFL career following his kneeling controversy. However, Colin moved the location to a high school that was 60 miles away in Riverdale, Georgia at the last minute.
On Wednesday, December 11, Roger said to the press about the failed workout, "This was about creating an opportunity. We created that opportunity. It was a unique opportunity, an incredible opportunity and he chose not to take it. I understand that. And we've moved on here."
