AceShowbiz - She has been warned. It seems like mothers really know better since an old video has found its way out online again, featuring Marjorie Harvey advising her daughter Lori Harvey not to have a romantic relationship with rappers.
In a video which was taken in 2015, the daughter and mother duo was seen having the conversation in a living room at their house. "I know you just started dating this year," Marjorie said to her then 18-year-old Lori. "So how are we going to handle this? No athletes, no rappers. We gonna go down the list."
"When it comes to dating, my mom has nothing to worry about," Lori, who is now 22 years old, said in a confessional confidently. "I've got this."
The Instagram It girl, however, appeared to forget the whole conversation as she was romantically linked to several rappers. She was famously rumored to be dating Sean "P. Diddy" Combs earlier this year when they were spotted going out together. They further sparked when they snapped having an outing along with Marjorie and Steve Harvey in Italy.
The two were reportedly split and Lori is currently said to be dating another rapper, Future. The two appeared to go public with their romance with the Atlanta native sharing a photo of Lori on his Instagram account on November 29. Future surely loved what he saw, captioning the post, "Flawless. Tap for details."
However, it was said that Steve didn't approve the "Low Life" rapper and even banned him from celebrating Thanksgiving together with his family. "He told daughter Lori that she can NOT bring the rapper to any family functions, or to any of the Harvey's many homes," a source said. "Steve doesn't approve of Future with Lori, he has too many kids. Future is anything but a gentleman. He'll get a girl pregnant and then make fun of her on Instagram the next day."
