The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor settles feud with his former attorneys a month after reaching a settlement with another ex-lawyer in a separate dispute.

AceShowbiz - Johnny Depp has settled a fee dispute with the lawyers he used to sue another of his ex-attorneys.

Depp agreed a settlement with Jake Bloom, whom the star had accused of pocketing more than $30 million over the 18 years he served as his lawyer, last month, which the actor's current legal team claimed reached "eight figures."

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star has now settled a suit brought by the lawyers he originally hired to sue Bloom, but fired in December 2018 as a cost-cutting measure.

Bosses at the firm Buckley Sandler LLP sued Depp in May this year, claiming they were owed legal fees of $350,000. But according to Variety, Depp's current and former lawyers confirmed to the court that the matter had been settled in a conference call.

The 56-year-old actor is still in the middle of a bitter legal fight with his ex-wife Amber Heard, 33, who he alleges defamed him in a Washington Post article in which she referenced domestic violence allegations she made as part of their divorce battle. Heard withdrew the allegations when the couple agreed a settlement.

The case is due to be heard in Virginia in February 2020, after the "Aquaman" actress requested a two-month delay in proceedings, claiming that Depp has failed to turn over medical records and other discovery materials as ordered by the court.
