Justin's photos with Alisha on their boozy night out bring back up cheating allegations against Britney during her relationship with the 'Cry Me a River' singer, with many defending the pop diva.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears' fans are attacking Justin Timberlake after pictures of his cozy night out with his "Palmer" co-star Alisha Wainwright surfaced online. Following the scandalous outing, fans are reminded of cheating allegations against the "...Baby One More Time" singer during her relationship with the former NSYNC member.

Britney's fans are seeing this as an opportunity to defend their idol and blame Justin for the brouhaha that dated back in 2003. At the time, the "SexyBack" hitmaker claimed in an interview that he had been cheated on three times, leading to a speculation that his breakup ballad "Cry Me a River" was about Britney, who was accused of cheating on Justin with choreographer Wade Robson.

"Justin is trash and Britney was right. Period," one fan tweeted after photos of Justin and Alisha circulated on the internet. Another wrote, "JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE HAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE AN A**HOLE FOR NOT STANDING BY BRITNEY SPEARS AND CHEATING ON HIS WIFE! HE PROFITED OFF OF NONSENSE FOR YEARS ON THE BACK OF BRITNEY SPEARS! Justin and his co-star Alisha were pictured holding hands during their boozy night out at a New Orleans bar on Thursday, November 21. "They were smiling and laughing," an onlooker said. "At one stage he grabbed her hand and rested it on his knee. She then gently started stroking his leg. Then he clutched her hand with both of his and was playing with her hands."

Despite the intimate pictures, a rep for Alisha played down the hookup speculation. "There is no validity to this speculation. They are currently working on a project together. Members of the cast and crew were all together," the rep stated.

On Monday, Justin was pictured back to work on the set of his upcoming drama film "Palmer". He and his wife Jessica Biel are reportedly laughing off the cheating speculation. "They are downplaying everything and trying to laugh it off as nothing. But it was definitely inappropriate and something that would make any wife uncomfortable," a source tells E! News.

"He had too much to drink and got carried away," the source adds, but assures that the couple is "going to move on from this."
