AceShowbiz - Former "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." star Brett Dalton has filed for divorce.
The actor split from his spouse, costume designer Melissa Trn, in August, and now he wants to make their separation official in legal papers obtained by TMZ.
Dalton wants joint legal and physical custody of the couple's seven-year-old daughter and has offered to pay his estranged wife child support.
The couple wed in December 2015.
