The 'Entourage' actor and his ex-wife, Jane Stuart, have been fighting over their official date of separation, school issues for their daughter, and the amount of support he should pay.

AceShowbiz - Actor Kevin Dillon can finally move on from his divorce drama after finalising the split.

The "Entourage" star has been fighting Jane Stuart in court ever since their 2016 split, with the two parties clashing over their official date of separation, school issues for their daughter Ava, and the amount of support Dillon should pay his ex.

In June, the former couple reached a tentative settlement, with the 54-year-old ordered to pay Stuart $1.7 million (£1.3 million) in exchange for keeping their former marital home in Malibu, California, in addition to another Los Angeles property and one in New York.

They have now signed off on the deal, alongside a judge, making their divorce official.

As part of the agreement, Dillon also walks away with a motorcycle and nine of his beloved cars, while Stuart will keep their Ford Escape and receive another payment of just over $242,000 (£187,200) for her share of a brokerage account, according to paperwork obtained by TMZ.

Meanwhile, the exes will share joint legal and physical custody of Ava, while Dillon will continue to pay child and spousal support.

The pair had been married for 10 years before its separation.
