The former Catwoman depicter says in court documents that it was so hard to accept the fact that her baby daddy had a sexual relationship with a family member that it ruined their sex life.

AceShowbiz - It's been a long time since Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry ended their fight over custody of daughter Nahla, and now details about the legal battle have emerged online. In court documents obtained by Radar Online, the 53-year-old actress accused the Canadian model of incest, racism and emotional abuse.

Launching Gabriel's dirty laundry, Halle claimed that he used racial epithets during their five-year romance in addition to refusing to recognize their daughter as biracial. The "John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum" star additionally stated that her baby daddy has an incestuous relationship with a family member for years, and it was so hard for her to accept that the situation ruined the then-couple's sex life.

She stated in the documents, "After the first six months our relationship, our sex life diminished and after one year we had less sex than three times per year. Gabriel refused to either recognize or accept responsibility for these issues. Instead, he criticized my body in ways which are very demeaning to women … I finally convinced Petitioner to go to a joint therapist to address these issues."

Besides the two allegations, Halle also cited Gabriel's history of mental health issues as one of the reasons why he was unfit to gain custody of Nahla. The former Catwoman depicter claimed in the documents that the model suffered from depression and social anxiety. However, he refused to seek help.

Radar Online reported that Gabriel's attorney denied the allegation, stating that her claims "had no foundation." His attorney also asked a judge to erase her testimony from the record.

Halle and Gabriel broke up in 2010 after dating for five years. After their separation, the exes got involved in a highly publicized custody battle centered primarily on her desire to move with their daughter from Los Angeles to France. Gabriel objected the move because he believed that it would interfere with their joint custody agreement. After a year, the two finally reached an amicable custody agreement in court in November 2012.
