'Unfortunately, I'm not gonna be able to finish this tour because it doesn't really co-exist with my social anxiety and my introvert personality,' the 'CPR' songstress explains in an Instagram video.

AceShowbiz - Summer Walker is putting her mental health as the first priority. The R&B singer has taken to social media to share breaking news with her fans as she decides to cancel half of the remaining dates of her "First and Last Tour" to focus on her health.

In a video that the "CPR" songstress shared on Tuesday, November 12 on both her Twitter and Instagram accounts, she could be seen saying, "I just wanna say that I really really really appreciate anyone who genuinely loves my music, buys the f**k out of my music, comes to the shows, comes to the meet and greet, support me and really loves and respects my personality."

"Unfortunately, I'm not gonna be able to finish this tour because it doesn't really co-exist with my social anxiety and my introvert personality," she continued. "But I really hope that you'd understand and respect that at the end of the day I'm a person, I have my feelings. We know, I get tired, I get sad and that's just a lot. So I don't wanna lose myself for someone else. I wanna give y'all what I can. I'm gonna keep making music and Imma do a few shows but I can't finish."

The "Over It" star further expressed her feelings in the caption. "I truly appreciate all the support and love. As you know, I have been very open about my struggle with social anxiety," she wrote. "I want to continue to be healthy and to make music for y'all, so I have decided to cut down some of the dates on the tour. I hope you all can understand. I'm grateful for every single one of you, and I hope that you understand that wellness/mental health is important."

"All cancelled dates will be refunded asap. Thank you," she concluded.

The cancellation arrives just a day after Summer responded to complaint about their meet-and-greet experience. The fan described the event as an "anticlimactic and disappointing experience" because the singer was "closed off."

Of the complaint, the "I'll Kill You" singer then said, "Now for those who're upset b/c I don't give hugs idk what to tell you...I'm an empath, and that transference of energy from that many people each day would literally KILL me.. y'all may not understand what I'm talking about but for example."

"There's a lot of people out here faking the funk with a smile on their face like they got it together but inside your actually suffering from some sort of traumatic experience, a loss, depressed, fearful, envious or whatever the case may be BUT I CAN FEEL IT. So I ask you please respect my space in those moments," the 23-year-old added.
