The Canadian rapper was booed off stage at the annual festival because the crowd was disappointed to find out he was the mystery headliner instead of Frank Ocean.

AceShowbiz - Drake has broken his silence after making headlines for being booed off stage at the 2019 Camp Flog Gnaw festival on Sunday, November 10. Instead of going on a rant, the Canadian hip-hop superstar decided to troll the audience through an Instagram post he shared just a day after the incident.

Alongside a slew photos of him at the festival, including an image of him and Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All's Taco, Drake jokingly told the concertgoers that they will be forced to watch him perform in the years to come. "Plot twist... just signed a 10 year residency at Camp Flog Gnaw sorry kids see you EVERY SINGLE YEAR till you are 30," so the "Hotline Bling" hitmaker wrote.

Many found the post funny, including Kendall Jenner, Ty Dolla $ign, 2 Chainz and Kehlani. "LMFAOOO GET THAT BAGGGGG ON THEM YOUNG WHIPPER SNAPPERS BRO," YouTuber Tutweezy said, while Halsey quipped, "Season ticket holder."

Drake was booed off stage at the Camp Flog Gnaw after he was revealed to be the mystery headliner. Those who attended the event were upset because they believed Frank Ocean would headline the annual festival instead of the Grammy winner, prompting them to boo. As a result of that, Drake cut short his set.

Tyler, the Creator, who founded the festival, has also lashed out at the crowd over their response. "I THOUGHT BRINGING ONE OF THE BIGGEST ARTIST ON THE F***ING PLANET TO A MUSIC FESTIVAL WAS FIRE!" so he began. "BUT FLIPSIDE, A LIL TONE DEAF KNOWING THE SPECIFIC CROWD IT DREW."

He then went on slamming those who thought Frank would come out to the stage before adding in another post, "MOSTLY EVERYONE WAS HAVING A GREAT TIME, THOSE S**TS IN THE FRONT AREA WERE THE ONES BEING MAD RUDE, WHICH, I CAN SEE WHY, BUT, NAH, F**K THAT, YALL REPRESENTED ME AND FLOG TO MY GUEST AND MADE US LOOK SOOO ENTITLED AND TRASH."

"THAT S**T WAS LIKE MOB MENTALITY AND CANCEL CULTURE IN REAL LIFE AND I THINK THAT S**T IS F***ING TRASH," Tyler continued saying, before thanking Drake for coming and performing a lesser-known track from his 2016 album "Views" at his request.
