Chrissy disses Sharon Osbourne and others who criticize her husband for changing the lyrics of the classic holiday tune in his newly-upgraded version with Kelly Clarkson.

AceShowbiz - Chrissy Teigen came to John Legend's defense as he took the heat from critics including Sharon Osbourne for changing the lyrics of Christmas classic "Baby, It's Cold Outside" in his cover with Kelly Clarkson. The model took to twitter to give her two cents on the controversy.

Sharon previously slammed John on her talk show, "To change an innocent lyric, to what is it, 'Your mind and your body?' What the hell are you on? That's ridiculous. I have to tell you, I love John Legend. I love John Legend's wife, his family. He's an amazing artist that I really respect. Why do you do this? That's not right."

Chrissy seemingly scoffed at those critics for making a big deal out of nothing. The 33-year-old mother of two didn't directly respond to Sharon, but let her followers know about her feelings by replying to a reporter named Yashar Ali who was in favor of her husband.

"FYI, John Legend is not holding people captive and forcing them to listen to the new version. He's also not going around and confiscating copies of the original version of the song," the reporter commented on the tabloid reporting Sharon's angry rant. "The number of people outraged by this disturbs me. Don't like it, don't listen to the new version!"

"Yashar you're wrong here," Chrissy quipped. "I watched he and Kelly physically burn all original versions in our backyard. It was crazy actually I was like whoa guys settle down."

Chrissy herself recently landed in hot water for joking on Twitter that her mother Vilailuck 'Pepper' Teigen treated the expensive AirPods like disposable items. She was slammed by her followers for flaunting her wealth in the seemingly-innocent joke.

"My mom treats her air pods like they're disposable," Chrissy joked on Wednesday, November 6. She claimed her mom bought "a few a month." According to her, Pepper kept losing them because they're cordless. "She says they would be easier to not lose if they had....a cord," she tweeted.

Following the backlash, she apologized, "Oh man I haven't checked my mentions for a bit and I didn't realize how many people were super pissed off about this. It was meant as a joke (and exaggeration) about how my mom doesn't realize air pods are with a cord are headphones but it came across as super tone deaf and icky."

She added, "I promise I will not always say the right thing in the right way but I also promise I hate disappointing or pissing you guys off. I'm sorry and I will do better to not be such an a**hole."

When one of her followers responded, "Thank you for addressing this. I did feel instantly less worthy reading it!" she apologized again, "I hate that I made you feel that way and I apologize!"
