AceShowbiz - Pilar Sanders is going to kiss her bachelorette life goodbye. The former wife of Deion Sanders recently took to Instagram to announce that she had gotten engaged to her boyfriend J Prince after celebrating his birthday together.
In the black-and-white photo, Pilar could be seen showing off her engagement ring as well as a humongous diamond necklace and tiara. "The Mod Squad" actress wrote underneath the post, "When you manifest the vision that others said was impossible..." One post apparently wasn't enough for Piara because later on, she posted a video of her giving her followers a close-up look at her ring.
In the video, she happily posed for the camera before turning the focus on her glittery nails and engagement ring. The actress then changed place to show how much fun she had during an event. She accompanied the post along with a caption that simply read, "Cullinan."
Many of her followers have since been showering her with congratulatory messages. "You did and and deserve that!!! Congratulations," a follower commented. "You deserve all the love and kindness God has bestowed upon you," another wrote, with one other similarly saying, "Congratulations!!! I am so happy for you!!! You deserve all the happiness in the world!!"
Pilar made public her relationship with J Prince, CEO of Rap-A-Lot Records, back in February last year. She was previously married to Deion Sanders, with whom she shares three children together, for more than a decade. The exes finalized their divorce in September 2013 after a string of contentious court hearings, and Pilar now has the custody of his son, Shilo, and daughter Shelomi.
Reflecting on her divorce in an interview, Pilar said, "I thought it didn't end so bad prior to the actual divorce. There were great, great moments. He had a wonderful sense of humor at the time." She added, "But one thing about people who hold loyalty as such a prize, sometimes you stay in a thing even when it's no longer in your best interest. You do it for the children, you do it to keep the family together. It's a hard thing to pinpoint when that chances. There was no one reason for us."
