AceShowbiz - "The Bachelor" creator Mike Fleiss and his wife Laura Fleiss (born Laura Kaeppeler) are back together, three months after they publicly fought each other over claim that Mike attacked her during an argument where he forced her to get an abortion. The two reached a divorce settlement in which Laura agreed to drop her restraining order against her husband in late July, but they have changed their tune about the future of their marriage.

On Sunday, November 3, Mike took to Twitter to announce he and Laura have reconciled. "Happy to report that @FleissLaura and I have reconciled. I love my wife and am grateful for this opportunity to work on our marriage... Thanks for the support, #BachelorNation!" so he tweeted.

Laura's claim that the media blew out report of her husband's attack on her prompted response from Los Angeles Times' reporter Amy Kaufman, who hit back at the 2012 Miss America. Amy tweeted, "She filed a complaint alleging that he'd verbally and physically abused her. She withdrew that report after receiving what a source told us was a $10m settlement."

Mike previously admitted that he did not want Laura to have another baby because she had difficult time caring for their son, now 4 years old, when he was one. He, however, denied that he was abusive toward her, claiming, "Laura was the aggressor during the incident and physically attacked me. I tried to get away from her as she was chasing me and hitting me."
