Mark Heller, a lawyer for the Jerry Maguire actor, stresses that the new accusations filed in New York are 'totally fraudulent' and 'similar' to those involving the other two women.

AceShowbiz - Cuba Gooding Jr.'s legal woes continue to mount - a third woman has now accused the Oscar winner of groping her.

The "Jerry Maguire" star is already facing allegations he touched a woman's breasts in a bar and pinched another's butt, and his lawyer has confirmed a third suit has been filed in New York.

Gooding will appear in court on Thursday, October 31 to plead not guilty to the charges, according to his lawyer, Mark Heller, who reveals the latest accusations are "similar" to those involving the other two women.

"Each accuser is totally fraudulent," Heller said, insisting video of all three alleged incidents will exonerate his client.

He was charged with one count of forcible touching and one count of sexual abuse in connection with each of the first two accusers and pleaded not guilty earlier this month.

Prosecutors are hoping to use the testimony of 12 additional women, who have not filed lawsuits against Cuba, to establish a pattern of misconduct.
