AceShowbiz - R&B star Cassie is counting down the days to motherhood by celebrating her child's impending arrival at a low-key baby shower.
The "Me & U" singer and her new husband, Alex Fine, hosted a small group of friends and family at the Dream Hollywood hotel rooftop in Los Angeles over the weekend (October 27-28), after which Cassie and her gal pals holed up in a luxury suite and enjoyed a night of pampering.
The mum-to-be, 33, has since shared photos from the gathering on Instagram, including a shot of balloons spelling out "Baby Fine" at the rooftop party.
Cassie simply captioned that image, "#babyfine," while personal trainer Alex appeared to reveal the name of their unborn child, suggesting she will be a junior.
"Can't wait for little Alex Joseph Fine Jr to get here," he commented on the picture.
The couple began dating in late 2018, following Cassie's split from her longtime boyfriend, rap mogul Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs.
She revealed she was pregnant in June, and announced their engagement in August, before tying the knot in Malibu, California in September.
