The inaugural Cash Festival is organized by YouTube bosses and announced to take place in Nashville in an effort to raise funds benefiting musicians in times of need.

AceShowbiz - Little Big Town, Elle King, and Cam are set to celebrate the life and music of late legend Johnny Cash as part of the inaugural Cash Fest.

Grace Potter, Midland, Judah & the Lion, Cage the Elephant's Matt Shultz, Perry & Etty Farrell, and John Oates will also be among the performers at the first-ever event in Nashville, Tennessee, organised by YouTube bosses in collaboration with officials from the Johnny Cash Trust and the Best Fest.

The special show, set to take place on November 10, will coincide with the release of the YouTube Originals documentary "The Gift: The Journey of Johnny Cash", which features interviews with the country icon's friends and family members, and recently-discovered archive footage, as director Thom Zimny explores the ups and downs of the singer's life.

The film will go live online the day after Cash Fest, which will raise funds for the MusiCares charity, providing aid to musicians in times of need.
