The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star opens up that she has a huge disagreement with her rapper husband when their oldest child started to get interested in make-up.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian is at odds with her husband Kanye West after the rapper banned their daughter North from wearing make-up "until she is a teenager."

The six-year-old is the couple's eldest child, and reality star Kim has admitted her beau's new conservative views are causing tension in their household - particularly when it comes to his views on North using cosmetics.

The make-up mogul told E! News at the debut of her KKW Beauty line at Ulta Beauty in New York on Thursday, October 24: "North is trying to get in on the make-up, but she's being blocked heavily because her dad has stopped all make-up for her until she is a teenager."

"It's a big discussion, a big fight in the household right now but it is what's best," the star added.

Explaining how the parents are navigating new experiences and milestones as their kids grow up, Kim confessed: "I think as a parent you just learn and figure it out as you go and we realised we didn't really want her to wear make-up at a young age but she sees her mum putting on lipstick and lip gloss."

Yeezy mogul Kanye previously told Apple Music's Beats 1 he regrets allowing his daughter to "dress like Rihanna," confessing: "I think and feel differently now that I am Christian."

Kim and Kanye also share sons Saint, three, Chicago, 21 months, and five-month-old Psalm.
