During his interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music's Beats 1, the hip-hop mogul also talks about how he once made his daughter, North West, 'try to out dress Rihanna.'

AceShowbiz - Kanye West has opened up about the backlash that he received over a comment he made about Kim Kardashian's clothing choices ahead of Met Gala. Speaking to Zane Lowe on Apple Music's Beats 1, the hip-hop mogul admitted to suffering after reading all the criticism aimed towards him after their fight was aired on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".

Despite having to deal with the backlash, Kanye still could see the positive side of it all because "we can feel a little bit of what Jesus experienced." He then added, "There are other married men that I know are happy to hear me say that."

"Social media prompts women, in particular, to put out content that they wouldn't in the past," the 42-year-old rapper continued saying. "When I was younger and I wanted to see something like that I had to pay someone who was older … Now I have friends who have kids in high school and it's readily available."

During the October 13 episode of "KUWTK", Kanye and Kim were bickering after the former voiced his disapproval of Kim's Met Gala dress as he thought it was "too sexy." Having none of it, Kim hit back at her rapper husband, "You're giving me really bad anxiety. I don't need any more negative energy. You knew I was having anxiety last night about it."

She then added, "You built me up to be a sexy person and have confidence. Just because you're on your 'journey' and 'transformation,' doesn't mean I'm in the same spot as you." Despite the fight, the couple later made up as Kanye gushed over his wife, "That's so fire, babe."

In related news, during his chat with Zane Lowe, Kanye also talked about his daughter North West, confessing to "making [North] try to out dress Rihanna." However, he later changed his mind because he didn't "think North should wear a crop top after I had her wear a slip dress when she was two years old. I think and feel differently now that I am Christian."
