The titular star of the DC Comics superhero film teases the direction of the follow-up movie when interviewed at the premiere of his upcoming Apple TV+ series, 'See'.

AceShowbiz - Jason Momoa is having a hands on role in the direction of the upcoming "Aquaman" sequel.

The star is returning to his role as the DC Comics superhero of the same name in the upcoming flick, and has teased the latest instalment will take the hit franchise to a whole new level.

"There's a lot more in store on so many more levels," he told Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of his upcoming Apple TV+ series, "See", on Monday, October 21 night. "There's going to be a lot. It's way bigger!"

While the star, 40, refused to give away any solid plot details, he did tease that he's been sending his own ideas to bosses at Warner Bros., which he says they "love."

"I'm really stoked at the fan base and what we did with the movie and just went into Warner Bros in D.C. and said, 'You know, I have some ideas,' " Jason continued. "And, they love them and James (Wan, director) and everyone is like, 'We're all taking it in. We're excited to do another one.' "

"Aquaman 2", which also stars Amber Heard, is expected to drop in December 2022.
