The wedding vow renewal is not the only exciting thing that happens to the A-list couple in the new episode of the show, as it also marks the arrival of the couple's youngest son Psalm West.

AceShowbiz - "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" returned with a new episode on Sunday, October 20. The new episode was particularly special for Kim Kardashian, as she celebrated several milestones in it.

The episode saw the KKW founder and her rapper husband Kanye West commemorating their fifth wedding annivesary with a romantic vow renewal in addition to a low-key dinner. "On my five-year anniversary, I'm launching a bridal collection," Kim told sister Khloe Kardashian over FaceTime. "But, I was thinking, 'Oh my god! We have to do a vow renewal.' "

"I just want to plan something special and take charge of this. So, I thought let's just do something fun and sweet in our backyard and just make more of a memory," Kim explained in a confessional. "Yeah, I mean, five years and infinity to go."

However, it turned out that Kanye had his own agenda for their milestone anniversary as they went to meet a new party planner. "He's meeting with these party planners, talking about this anniversary dinner that he's planning. So, I start second guessing myself," the mother of four added. "Thinking like, 'Should I just let him plan it? Do I say something? What's going on?' Maybe I should just not break tradition and let him take over and do his thing, because he likes to do that so much."

Eventually, Kim went forward with the wedding vow renewal plan but she forwent the plan to make it a surprise for Kanye. "I, at first, was gonna keep it a full surprise and then I heard he was trying to plan something," Kim explained to Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr., who married Kim and Kanye on May 24, 2014. "Everyone was kind of being really weird. And I was like, 'Well, guys, if he's trying to plan something and I'm trying to plan something? Someone has to say something and we'll just do it together.' "

Unfortunately, viewers wouldn't get to see the actual vows. "We're not going to show the actual vows," she explained. "We wanted to keep them really personal and it's really private for us."

Despite that, Kim was generous enough to tease a little bit of what she said as she was practicing with son Saint West ahead of the ceremony. "You are my husband. You are my best friend. My biggest believer and my one true love," she said.

That was not the only exciting thing that happened to Kim and Kanye in the episode, as it also marked the arrival of the A-list couple's youngest son Psalm West. "Our surrogate is so amazing. She has the easiest delivery. She pushed maybe one time," Kim revealed.

"Kourtney [Kardsahian] and Kanye were both in the room with me. We were just staring at him and holding him," she recalled. "Psalm West. He's six and a half pounds, he's so cute. I feel complete. I really do feel like four is the perfect number for me. I feel so full in the best way, but I'm done."
