According to court papers obtained from Los Angeles Superior Court, the 'Cut It' rapper was arrested on January 4, 2017 in addition to being arrested back in March 2010 for two theft counts.

AceShowbiz - O.T. Genasis, who is said to be the father of Malika Haqq's unborn baby, apparently has criminal records. According to a new report, the rapper was once driving under the influence of alcohol which led him to be arrested.

Radar Online reports that in court papers obtained from Los Angeles Superior Court, O.T. was arrested on January 4, 2017 for "unlawfully driving a vehicle while being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage" in addition to reckless driving. After being tested, he had 0.08 percent or more of alcohol in his blood.

It was said that the first two charges were dismissed on April 28 that year, while he pled no contest for the third count. The judge ruled him to be placed on summary probation for a period of 36 months. He was ordered to enroll in a 3-month first-offender alcohol program in addition to paying $1,332 in restitution, and other fines and fees.

However, that was not the only time for the "Cut It" rapper to get in legal trouble. He was also arrested back in March 2010 for two theft counts which made him spend 15 days in Los Angeles County Jail and 36 months of summary probation. Later on July 16, 2016, he was arrested before his flight to Atlanta for possession of a loaded firearm.

"TSA agent observed a bag go through x-ray screening at lane #7 and observed an outline of what appeared to be a gun," the report read. "TSA agent immediately notified the TSA supervisor. TSA supervisor then notified LAXPD. The magazine was loaded with 7, 45 caliber rounds. There were no rounds in the chamber."

"Officer then asked Flores if he had a concealed carry weapon permit and if the firearm was registered," continued the report of O.T., whose real name is Odin Flores. "Flores said, 'I don't have a license, and someone gave me the gun. I was at the range and put the firearm in my bag and I forgot that I had it in there.' "

Malika took to Instagram on Monday, September 30, to share first photo of herself showing her baby bump and express her gratitude for her twin sister Khadijah, who has three children of her own with Bobby McCray, for supporting her during her pregnancy.

The former "Sky High" star announced her pregnancy on Friday, September 27, sharing on Instagram a photo of her smiling while holding a pregnancy test. "I listen to my heart, and I've decided that the rest of my life will be the best of my life. I'm pregnant!" she wrote at the time. "I didn't know when, I just knew one day, God said it's my turn, and I couldn't be more grateful for the little spirit that grows inside of me. I am yours, baby, and you are mine."
