AceShowbiz - Country singer Kane Brown has been hit by another tragedy following the weekend death of his drummer - the man who helped discover him has lost his battle with cancer.

Jay Frank, who served as Kane's first manager, died on Sunday, October 13, aged 47.

The digital music pioneer leaves behind a wife and a daughter.

He helped Brown get a foothold in the growing Facebook music world via his digital data marketing company, and signed on as the singer's manager in 2015.

Frank, who was replaced by Brown's current manager, Martha Earls, in 2016, was the senior vice president of Global Streaming Marketing at Universal Music Group when he died.

Meanwhile, Kane's longtime drummer, Kenny Dixon, died in a car accident at the age of 27 on Saturday, October 12.
