Should the report be true, it marks a huge milestone in the 'Love, Simon' actress and the Cal-iBurger CEO's relationship which seemingly moves at a snail's pace.

AceShowbiz - It is getting serious! Jennifer Garner and her boyfriend John Miller seemingly are planning to take their relationship to the next level as now their parents have been involved. According to a new report, the "Alias" alum has met the businessman's parents in a dinner.

"John's parents had dinner at Jen's house recently and met her for the first time," a source spills to Radar Online. "It's getting more serious!"

Should the report be true, it marks a huge milestone in their relationship which seemingly moves at a snail's pace. It's said that the couple has yet to bring their kids to meet each other. Jen shares 3 kids, Violet, Seraphina and Sam, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, while John has a young son and daughter with ex-wife Caroline Campbell.

"It's very low. They aren't commingling families or their kids yet," shares the insider. "He wants to buy a house or build a house in Jen's area next year, but she's already building a separate mansion."

Jen and John have allegedly been dating since the spring of 2018 and keep their romance relatively low-key. They were last seen together in late February, having a dinner with two other couples at Italian eatery Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.

The "Love, Simon" star shyly smiled when leaving the restaurant. She walked a bit ahead of her beau as she headed to a car, while John followed behind and closed the car's door for her. She never publicly confirms their relationship, though.

Previous report said that the pair had ben engaged. Globe claimed in its March 11 edition that the CEO of a financial holding company behind Cal-iBurger eateries "just blurted it out over breakfast one day: 'Will you marry me?' " The 46-year-old actress allegedly immediately said "yes." A source told the publication, "When she said 'yes,' there was no hesitation."
