Charged with a misdemeanour, the Owen Kronsky of 'Less Than Perfect' insists no wrongdoings in the sexual battery case stemming from a 2018 incident with an Uber driver.

AceShowbiz - Andy Dick has pleaded not guilty to a sexual battery count following an incident with an Uber driver in 2018.

The funnyman was accused of groping the driver and charged with a misdemeanour, but on Friday, October 4, Dick insisted he's innocent.

He has been ordered to return to court for a hearing on November 4 and could face up to 180 days behind bars if convicted.

Meanwhile, the comedian is also a suspect in a battery investigation following an alleged fight with an Uber Eats delivery man on Wednesday, October 2.

Video footage obtained by TMZ shows Andy joking with the delivery guy and another man on the street before things turned nasty.

Witnesses tell the outlet Dick started the altercation by attempting to wrestle food away from the delivery man, and the video shows him grabbing at a package and saying: "It's my food now, b**ch!"

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the delivery man filed a police report, but Dick insists the pair offered him tacos. He is considering filing his own police report.
