Sharing the embarrassing footage, which shows the 'Lover' songstress still being loopy after taking painkillers for the surgery, is none other than her mother Andrea, who also filmed it.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift was surprised with a hilarious video of her acting loopy after laser eye surgery when she appeared on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Thursday night, October 3. Stopping by to promote her upcoming performance on "Saturday Night Live", the 29-year-old singer was left wondering what Jimmy Fallon had up his sleeve when he started talking about her recent laser vision correction, which she didn't tell anyone besides her family.

Admitting that she was on "some pretty hardcore pills after [having] a laser in your eye," the country-turned-pop superstar asked the host, "What is going on?" After Taylor inquired, "What's happening right now?" Jimmy revealed, "Your mom may or may not have videotaped you after surgery and she gave us the video!"

Jimmy then played the video which he got from Taylor's mom Andrea. In the clip filmed by Andrea, the "ME!" hitmaker wore a pair of protective goggles that were taped to her head as she picked up a banana to eat.

The Pennsylvania-born singer then had a meltdown after she pulled the wrong banana from its bunch. "That wasn't the one I wanted!" she whined, seemingly about to cry. Her mother reminded her, "Stop, you can't cry! That's not supposed to be what you're doing!"

But Taylor couldn't seem to get over her dilemma. "I tried to get this one," she said, before her mom helped her get another one for her. "What do we do with this one now?" she asked about the first banana that she pulled.

Andrea tried to calm her down, saying, "I'll eat it, it's mine." But Taylor pointed out that the banana now "doesn't have a head," prompting audible laughter from the audience in the studio. Her mother assured her, "Honey, it's fine. I don't need a head."

Taylor then headed to her bedroom with the banana that she wanted. As she started eating the banana while in bed, her mother warned her, "Don't fall asleep eating the banana!" The award-winning actress responded, "I'm not asleep, my mind is alive!"

Looking flustered and embarrassed, Taylor said after the clip ended, "That's on television!" She jokingly called out her mother, "She was kind enough to drive me there but cruel enough to film it and give it to you!"

Taylor is tapped to appear as the musical guest on this week's episode of "SNL", which airs on October 5 at 11:30 ET/8:30 P.T., with Phoebe Waller-Bridge as the host.
