AceShowbiz - Post Malone's "Hollywood's Bleeding" remains strong on Billboard 200. His latest release spends a third week atop the weekly chart after adding 149,000 copies in the week ending September 26, according to Nielsen Music. Furthermore, it becomes the first album to top the chart for three straight weeks in nearly a year.
The last one to hold the record was Lady GaGa and Bradley Cooper's "A Star Is Born" soundtrack album that logged its first three frames atop Billboard 200 between October and November 2018. In addition to that, "Hollywood's Bleeding" became Malone's latest album to spend its first three weeks on top of the chart after "Beerbongs & Bentleys".
Failing to take over "Hollywood's Bleeding" top position this week is Zac Brown Band's "The Owl", as it arrives at No. 2 with 106,000 units. It marks the country band's sixth top ten effort. Blink-182 follows closely behind at No. 3 with their latest album "Nine". Released via Viking Wizard Eyes/Columbia Records, the rock album racked up 94,000 units in its first week. Both albums' sales were boosted concert ticket/album redemption offers.
Taylor Swift's "Lover" and Young Thug's "So Much Fun" round out the top five for this week's chart, with the former effort dipping to No. 4 with 65,000 units. Meanwhile, the rapper's new album descends to No. 5 with 45,000 units.
Dropping one spot to No. 6 this week is Lil Tecca's "We Love You Tecca" that sold an additional 39,000 copies. On the other hand, Chris Brown's "Indigo" climbs to No. 7 with 33,000 units as Billie Eilish's "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?" has to give up its No. 7 position and moves to No. 8 with just under 33,000 units.
