The DJ claims his ex-wife 'caged' their son Collin in special needs institution for three years despite being only diagnosed with ADHD, because she 'couldn't deal with him.'

AceShowbiz - Jon Gosselin has made shocking allegations against his ex-wife Kate Gosselin. In an interview with DailyMailTV, the former "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star claims Kate is a "militant" mom and some of their "children have suffered abuse" from her.
Jon, who shares eight children 18-year-old twins Cara and Madelyn and 15-year-old sextuplets Collin, Hannah, Alexis, Aaden, Leah and Joel, with Kate, says of his decision to come forward with the allegations against Kate, "It's time America found out the truth about Kate, she isn't the person you think she is."
Jon alleges Kate mentally abused their son Collin and sent him to a special needs institution in Philadelphia for three years despite being only diagnosed with ADHD. Jon says he removed Collin from Fairmont Behavioral Health Institute last year after Collin wrote him a letter, begging to be saved.
"Dear Dad, I'm not trying to trick you, but I still love you," Collin wrote in a June 2017 letter obtained by DailyMailTV. "I told Mom [Kate Gosselin] I want to live with you, she said no. But right? She can't choose for me. I'm old enough now, I'm YOUR son, not hers. She was abusive to me after I left your house. I'm sorry. Take this to court because ... you're my dad, my savior."
Collin added in the letter which was smuggled out by his roommate, "Please help me and let me meet Colleen [Conrad, Jon's girlfriend]. I'm counting on you to get me out of here. Daddy, I love you. save me. Please come FAST. I love you. Help me. BYE."
Jon says Kate only visited their son three times during Collin's stay in the facility and she refused to tell Jon where his son was. "He was alone for three and a half years with no parents, all alone. It was inhumane," Jon says. "Other than ADHD, which is extremely common, Collin has never been diagnosed with any known medical condition, there's nothing wrong with him."
The 47-year-old father of eight additionally claims to have received "50 or 60" letters from the Department of Human Services over the years due to suspected child abuse. "I know my children have suffered abuse and I know one day they're going to tell their own story. And sadly enough, I know what PTSD is. It's really upsetting," Jon says, claiming that Collin now suffers from PTSD.
Jon also slams his ex-wife over her true motives for starring on their reality TV series. "Kate is not doing the shows for her family, Kate is doing it for herself," he says. "She's narcissistic and selfish. That's it. Period. All of this is for her -- 'Kate Plus 8', 'Kate Plus Date', it's her name first. She always speaks for the children. It's all lies. They all have voices."
Jon also claims that Kate has spread lies about him. He says she has "poisoned my children's minds against me." Clearing up rumors of infidelity, he says, "I never cheated on my wife, I'm not a monster, I love my children more than anything. There's a lot of stuff I want to dispel -- there's a lot of untruths."
Kate has not responded to Jon's allegations.
