AceShowbiz - Adele's estranged husband has agreed to share custody of the couple's son amid amicable divorce proceedings.
Simon Konecki has filed a response to his wife's divorce papers, and it seems the split will be very amicable. He is also seeking joint custody of their six-year-old son Angelo.
According to The Blast, Konecki agrees with the singer all financial issues regarding the couple's break-up should be handled in "private mediation".
The "Hello" singer filed for divorce last week (ends September 13) after announcing she and her husband had split in the spring.
