The follow up to the 2018 movie starring Alicia Vikander, which will be produced by Graham King from a script by Amy Jump, has been set to hit the theaters on March 19, 2021.

AceShowbiz - The sequel to Alicia Vikander's "Tomb Raider" blockbuster is moving ahead with filmmaker Ben Wheatley signing on to direct the action thriller.
According to Deadline, Wheatley has been tapped to take charge of the follow up to the 2018 hit, which will hit theatres on 19 March, 2021.
The production, which features Vikander as explorer Lara Croft, will be produced by Graham King from a script by Amy Jump.
Wheatley's previous film's include "Kill List", "Free Fire" and the upcoming "Rebecca".
