AceShowbiz - 50 Cent has heard your opinions about the new theme song for "Power". Fans were made upset after the Starz show replaced R&B singer Joe with Trey Songz on the show's "Big Rich Town" theme for season 6. Following the backlash, Fofty has taken to his Instagram account to announce that the original version of the song will return next week.

"My IG has been disabled because I'm tired of ya mouth," he wrote in a now-deleted post on Saturday, August 31. "I don't like the shit you been saying to me about the theme song. So I'm gone for the weekend. I'll change it next week."

Last week, "Power" debuted a new remix of "Big Rich Town" featuring Trey, much to fans' dismay. "I knew that was trey songz singing the power theme song. They need to bring my boy joe back next episode lol," said one fan. Echoing the same sentiment, one other user wrote, "Man I love Trey Songz but I need the Original Joe version of Big Rich Town, I'm upset already .. Going to the gym to watch power on the Bike , I'm sure it will help get my heart rate up."

Trey himself broke his silence over the criticism. "Ima slap the shit outta one of you n****s bout this Power s**t," he snapped on his Instagram account.

"Big Rich Town" was released in 2014 and originally featured R&B singer Joe and 50. During season 6 premiere, however, they debuted the updated version. In addition to Trey and Fiddy, the new remix featured A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie.
