The Emmy-winning judge has been accused of spitting on a valet driver for keeping his Rolls-Royce key and making him wait for quite a long time at a Detroit restaurant.

AceShowbiz - Celebrity judge Greg Mathis recently got himself in trouble as he was accused of spitting on a valet driver outside a Detroit restaurant. This time, footage of the incident has made its way out online, showing the "Judge Mathis" star going off on the valet driver.

In a video obtained by TMZ, Mathis could be seen approaching a vehicle with the valet driver sitting inside. It's unclear what the Emmy winner said to the driver, but he definitely looked far from happy when talking to the valet. At one point, he lunged his head forward into the car window before storming off the scene.

It remains unknown whether Mathis spat at the time.

TMZ previously reported that Mathis launched into an outrage last weekend at Flood's Bar and Grille in Detroit when a valet driver accidentally kept the judge's Rolls-Royce key in his pocket and made him wait around for 10 to 15 minutes. When the valet returned with Mathis' key and apologized for the mishap, what he got was Mathis launching into profanity-laced outburst and spitting on him.

The valet driver then filed a police report, alleging criminal assault. The Detroit Police has confirmed the story, but refused to name the suspect.

Meanwhile, Mathis has denied the report and clarified that he actually waited for 40 minutes until the driver returned. "I yelled at him and asked why would he take my car for 40 minutes, or the keys to my car," he said. "He began to apologize, and then he said something I think [like], 'I went to the store,' or something that was more ridiculous than the apology. So we had a little back-and-forth, and that was the extent of it."

"There was no spitting," he continued. "I don't know whether this is a money grab, which I suspect it is. People get accused all the time and it's not true."
