'The Real Housewives of New York City' was sentenced to one year of probation after rejecting a plea deal over her Florida arrest for disorderly intoxication and battery on a law enforcement officer.

AceShowbiz - Reality TV star LuAnn de Lesseps has completed her year-long probation.

"The Real Housewives of New York City" star was arrested by police in Palm Beach, Florida, on Christmas Eve in 2017, and accused of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer, after she was discovered trespassing in a room at The Colony Hotel with an unidentified man, according to a police report.

She rejected a plea deal in February 2018 and was sentenced to one year of probation. However, she told Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live" in July that, after failing an alcohol test, she was put on "stricter probation rules until the end of August".

And in a post on Instagram on Wednesday, August 28, LuAnn celebrated the end of the difficult period.

"Hi my friends, I'm happy to say after a difficult year...I've made it through!" she wrote. "I'm humbled and grateful for this life lesson and ready to put the past behind me and move on with my life."

"Wish me luck! Thank you for your undying support over the year. Love always, Lunn."
