Alongside a workout photo, the 'Younger' actress thanks her trainer and dietician for keeping her in check with her post-baby goal and credits fiance Matthew Koma for being her home chef.

AceShowbiz - Hilary Duff has "got her strength back" as the actress celebrated regaining her pre-baby body.

The "Younger" star welcomed her second child, daughter Banks Violet Bair, with fiance Matthew Koma last October (18). And taking to her Instagram stories on Tuesday (August 27), the star shared her excitement at finally getting back to her pre-baby weight.

"I have been working really hard to get back to my pre-baby body before Banksy turned a year! It was my goal...and I did it!" the 31-year-old wrote alongside a workout photo.

The mother-of-two went on to thank her trainer and dietician for their help in pushing her to her goal, adding, "You guys have kept me focused and made it fun!"

She also thanked Matthew, 32, for keeping her in check at home, and gushed, "It would be impossible without these guys and my home chef @matthewkoma."
