A 64-year-old man is dead and a female passenger is suffering from a brain injury after the Canadian businessman's boat reportedly rammed into a larger boat on Lake Joseph in Ontario.

AceShowbiz - "Shark Tank" star Kevin O'Leary might have been involved in a fatal boat crash that left one person dead. A small vessel owned by the Canadian businessman reportedly rammed into a larger boat on Lake Joseph in Ontario, Canada on late Saturday, August 24 around 11:30 P.M., sending the smaller boat over its bow, fatally striking a male passenger in the head and killing him instantly.

According to Global News, "Officers are investigating a boating collision on Lake Joseph in Seguin, Ont., that fatally injured a 64-year-old U.S. man, West Parry Sound OPP say." Another person, a 48-year-old Markham woman, was injured in the crash. She is reportedly on a ventilator with significant brain damage.

TMZ further reports that a source connected to the owner of the larger boat told police after impact there was enough light to ID the people on Kevin's boat and they said they saw Kevin and his wife Linda on the boat. Meanwhile, there were allegedly a total of 8 people on the larger craft.

Kevin himself has refused to comment on the accident and cannot confirm whether he and his wife were on board the boat at the time of the incident. He reasons that he's following police protocol.

According to the site, "Kevin's boat immediately left the scene of the accident, but it was towed to marina on Monday, by a salvage boat with police onboard ... who've seized it for forensic testing." It's currently unknown if the larger vessel had its light on so people on Kevin's boat could see it at the time of impact and if alcohol was involved.

Kevin appears to have at least 2 boats on the lake. It's unclear which one was involved in the accident, but a witness described it as a wakeboarding boat. The 65-year-old author and TV personality has previously posted a picture of his "BatBoat" on Instagram and bragged about using it for "surfing" on the lake.
