AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift has just been given yet another reason to smile as she prepares to open the MTV Video Music Awards on Monday night (August 26) - she's music's richest woman.
The singer, who released her new album "Lover" on Friday, August 23, raked in $185 million (£151.4 million) between June, 2018 and June, 2019, beating the likes of Beyonce Knowles, Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Pink to the top of Forbes' new highest paid female musicians and entertainers list.
Taylor actually earned more than double the amount made by the runner-up on the new list, Beyonce.
Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, Lady GaGa, Celine Dion, and Shakira also make the top 10.
