The runner-up of 'The Bachelorette' season 12 says there's indeed a sex tape featuring him and Todd Chrisley's estranged daughter, but they didn't mean to make it.

AceShowbiz - Robby Hayes has confirmed the existence of a sex tape featuring him and Lindsie Chrisley. The former "The Bachelorette" contestant has spoken up about the alleged sex tape after Lindsie's estranged father Todd Chrisley revealed his daughter filmed her bedroom romp with Robby, and Lindsie claimed her father tried to extort her with it.

Stopping by the "Housewives and Vanderpump" podcast on Wednesday night, August 21, Robby said he and Lindsie didn't intentionally make the sex tape. "We did not make a sex tape," he stated. "I'm not sitting there with a camera aimed down, like trying to get the angles."

The runner-up of "The Bachelorette" season 12 explained that they were accidentally caught in "a puppy camera" while engaging in sexual activity. He went on sharing, "Like, we got caught on the security camera, basically. It was a puppy camera in her friend's living room, the couch we crashed on. So, no consent from either end, which kind of debunks the whole thing."

Robby said it was "sketchy" how someone somehow obtained the video, saying that he has been in contact with Lindsie to ensure the footage does not get released. "We're in the middle of dealing with it," he said. "I was just talking with [Lindsie] this past weekend in Atlanta, two days ago."

Lindsie, who has been accused by Todd's family of leaking information to authorities that led to her father and his wife Julie Chrisley's arrest, claimed in a Georgia police report filed on July 16 that her father and half-brother Chase Chrisley purchased a sex tape involving her. The "Coffee Convos" podcast co-host alleged that Todd and Chase "wanted her to lie about an incident and if she refused to do so, they were going to release the sex tape involving her."

Denying the allegations of extortion attempt, Todd said in a statement, "It's heartbreaking and shameful that these kinds of accusations have to be aired in public." He additionally claimed that Lindsie had extramarital affairs with Robby and another "Bachelorette" alum Josh Murray. "We have tried to keep Lindsie's extramarital relationships with Robby Hayes and Josh Murray private for her sake since August of 2016," he added. "Sadly, for reasons we can only guess at, she ran to the sheriff's office to accuse her brother of buying a sex tape of her and Robby, which was a complete lie, and now she's telling more lies about me."

Josh has denied the affair allegations, though. The winner of "The Bachelorette" season 10 starring Andi Dorfman said in a statement, "Lindsie and I have been friends for years. I know Todd and his family are going through some tough times right now and I pray everything works out in their favor. They should probably focus on how not to be imprisoned for 30 years rather than spreading gossip to try and hurt their daughter. I truly believe they are good people and I wish them the best in however they choose to go about their actions."

Todd and his wife Julie were indicted on 12 counts of conspiracy, bank fraud, wire fraud and tax evasion on August 13. They turned themselves in a day later and pleaded not guilty to all charges during their arraignment. They were subsequently released after posting a $100,000 unsecured bond each.
