The 'Here We Go' hitmaker takes the blame for the drama caused by her team after the head of Artists and Repertoire at Trina's Rockstarr Music Group called out the 'Anaconda' hitmaker over alleged lack of support for their collaborative track 'BAPS'.

AceShowbiz - Trina has addressed her alleged feud with Nicki Minaj over their collaborative track "BAPS". The 40-year-old raptress, whose real name is Katrina Laverne Taylor, went live on Instagram on Wednesday, August 14 to deny any bad blood with the "Starships" hitmaker after Reginald Saunders, the head of Artists & Repertoire at Trina's Rockstarr Music Group, blasted Nicki over her alleged lack of support for "BAPS", on which Nicki is featured.

Instead of adding fuel to the fire, Trina has the wisest response to the drama caused by her team. "There is no beef between me and Nicki Minaj," she said during the Instagram Live session. "Another female artist, you're not gonna disrespect Nicki Minaj or nobody else that's on my album because these people did this off my face and my favor," she went on stressing. "There will be no disrespect for Nicki Minaj or nobody else that's on my album."

The rapper also took the blame for what her team said about Nicki. "My team speaking out...my team got so much to say," she added. "Imma take the blame for my team 'cause guess what? Me and my team, we dropped the ball. Bad business is what's causing all of this havoc to happen. All of this nonsense. All of this drama, this feelings, this personal...everybody got an opinion. That's what it is. It's bad business. It has nothing to do with any artist that's featured on my album."

Trina additionally said that Nicki "did her part" and now "it's up to me and my team to do our part." She continued, "I appreciate each and every artist that took the initiative to be a part of this 'The One' album. Rico Love gave his all for me. Every artist that came out to do this album for me, they didn't charge me. I appreciate that."

Trina also warned those who are going to stir up some drama by dragging her name. "Anything else that's going on within that and around that, let me deal with that," she said. "Everybody else that's outside of that, keep your f***ing mouth shut... all of y'all that are dragging my name thru the mud, dirtying my name, my face, without me saying a word, you can suck my a** through a straw. And I mean that. I'm a real b***h and I don't play those games. I don't play those games at all. Period. Everybody knows that. Keep my name out your mouth and have a good f***ing night. 'The One' is out now."

Trina has since been praised for dealing with the issue in a mature way. "all the nicki haters turned into trina's ig live just for her to show nothing but love and respect towards her...you HATE to see it," one clapped back at those who were expecting explosive response from Trina. Another similarly commented, "The Nicki Minaj haters expected Trina to bash Nicki, just for her to get on Live and reprimand her own team and say Nicki did nothing wrong."

Previously, Reginald Saunders called Nicki "deceiver and manipulator" for not supporting Trina's track "BAPS" enough. "when everyone tried to warn me I still gave her the benefit of the doubt," he said in a now-deleted Instagram post. "I can't wait to see how all of this is about to play out because you can't stop karmas reign, shame on you... I mostly feel sorry for the #barbs (Nicki Minaj fans) because they have no clue of the deceiver and manipulator their leader is."

Responding to Reginald's claims, Nicki said on her Queen Radio session on Monday, "Right now Trina's camp is accusing me of not doing enough to push her song 'Baps'. I have my own schedule and I also have to worry about what makes not only sense/cents but dollars." She went on defending herself, "And it's not fair that people don't understand that. I would never have someone from my team disrespect somebody that has been nothing but real to me."
