Since 2015, the 'No Brainer' DJ has been involved in a lawsuit against Rafaello and Company that accused him of failing to return luxury items including two Rolex watches and a custom-made diamond chain.

AceShowbiz - DJ Khaled's year-long legal battle with a jeweller has been dropped after a deal was reached.

Khaled had been involved in the lawsuit with Rafaello & Company since 2015, when the firm sued him for more than $100,000 (£82,000).

They claimed he had failed to return luxury items including two Rolex watches, a custom-made diamond chain, a pair of diamond earrings, and a four-carat diamond ring.

Rafaello alleged the 43-year-old was told that the loaned pieces had to be returned within 15 days, or the DJ and music producer had to pay for them.

A year later, Khaled counter-sued the jewellers and claimed they had been overcharging him and fellow customers, and said numerous items he purchased over the last six years were "grossly overpriced".

Earlier this year, he then alleged that Rafaello & Company conspired with jewellery appraiser The American Board of Certified Gemologists to commit fraud.

However, according to documents obtained by The Blast on Friday (August 02), Khaled and Rafaello & Company finally reached a deal to end their bitter legal feud.

All claims have been dismissed and the case officially closed, the outlet reports.
