AceShowbiz - Ashley Martson has added fuel to speculation that Jay Smith's girlfriend Kayla O'Brien is pregnant with their child. Appearing on "The Domenick Nati Show" on Tuesday, July 30, the "90 Day Fiance" star explained how the supposed pregnancy could further complicate her divorce from Jay if she sponsored his visa.
"There's already a lot of rumors going around that his girlfriend, who's running the GoFundMe, is pregnant," Ashley said. "From what I saw - she was at court - she definitely looked like she could've been expecting. So, like, if I [sponsor his visa], I would be responsible for paying his child support."
While Ashley is not completely certain about the pregnancy, she added, "I have a lot of evidence of those two being together. I know his sister had posted something too, saying that she was pregnant or she was about to have a niece or nephew."
The 33-year-old reality TV star went on claiming that Jay has been dating his rumored pregnant girlfriend since January, around the time she filed for divorce for the first time. "I have a lot of evidence of those two being together," she claimed, as Jay and Kayla previously denied they're in a romantic relationship.
Kayla recently shared on Instagram a video of her greeting Jay when he was released from an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center at the York County Prison in York, Pennsylvania after four weeks in custody. The blonde beauty was excited as she got out of a car upon seeing Jay outside the facility and jumped into his arms. "My f***ing baby so happy, so grateful @jay_smith_ja," she captioned the video.
Jay was released on Wednesday, July 31 after his boss paid his bail. Ashley commented on his release, "I just hope he learned his lesson and respects any future woman he chooses to be with." She additionally told In Touch Weekly, "His deportation hearing hasn't been announced but will be shortly. For now his is out on bail on $4,500 which his boss paid. He just needs to keep his distance and him and I will be fine."
Jay, meanwhile, has taken to his Instagram account to post a statement following his release. "This past month had been very eye opening for me, I've lost & I've gain but most of all I've learnt ALOT!!!" she wrote. "This situation had made me realized all who are with me & all who are against me and I've been given a second chance and I will make the best of it to my ability."
He continued, "And I'll start by expressing my deep appreciation for all the help and support I've gotten from my FAMILIES, LOVE ONE, ATTORNEYS, BOSS/COWORKERS, FRIENDS and to all my FOLLOWERS and PERSONS that PRAYED for me and also donated to my GOFUNDME campaign, I am beyond grateful and without your help i would not have been a free man today."
"One last thanks to the people who walked in my life and made it better and thanks to the ones that walked out and made it AMAZING," he concluded his post.
The 21-year-old also shared photos and video of a tattoo that he made for a customer after he has regained his freedom. "First tattoo ... still got the touch," so he claimed.
