Putting an end to her bitter custody dispute with her ex-fiance, the 'Cats' actress agrees among others not to introduce their son to a significant other unless they are in a 'committed relationship.'

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Hudson has ended her bitter custody dispute with ex David Otunga by agreeing to share time with their son.

The former couple has settled the dispute, agreeing on equal custody.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Hudson and Otunga have thrashed out a deal to exchange schedules every two months and propose a schedule for nine-year-old David Jr allowing mum and dad 50/50 custody.

The exes have also agreed to make important decisions about their son's health, welfare and education together.

Hudson will pay an unspecified amount of child support and both have agreed not to introduce their son to a significant other, unless they are in a "serious, committed relationship", and even then they will not have "overnight guests of a romantic, intimate or dating nature stay overnight during his or her parenting time".

The two have yet to agree on the choice of school for David Jr, but both agree it must be in his native Illinois.
