In a clip he shares on social media, Jack Perry pays tribute to his late father by taking a moment to reflect atop the Quentin Tarantino-directed film's ad board featuring the actor as Scott Lancer.

AceShowbiz - Luke Perry's son Jack Perry paid tribute to his late father by climbing the billboard for his final movie "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" on Monday, July 22.

The 52-year-old actor, who died in March following a massive stroke, stars as Scott Lancer in Quentin Tarantino's latest offering - which premiered in Los Angeles on Monday night.

While the film's other stars, including Leonardo DiCaprio, paid tribute to Perry at the premiere, Jack decided on a unique way to honour his dad, and shared a video of the poignant moment on his Instagram page.

In the clip, the 22-year-old was seen being followed by a drone camera as he approached the billboard, which featured a giant image of Perry, on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. Jack took a moment to observe the picture of his father, before going round to the back of the billboard to climb up to the top. He then sat at the top of the billboard, taking a moment to reflect.

Alongside the Instagram clip, Jack wrote: "Big premiere tonight. He deserved this, and I'm very proud of it. A stud in life, and forever after. The best of the best. Love you forever. Thanks @dannydrone_ for capturing and making this for me."

Meanwhile, just a few miles away, Perry was remembered by his co-stars, who honoured the actor as "the kindest, sweetest human being you could every encounter".

"I grew up with him on '90210', looking up to him as literally the coolest dude on earth and honestly when I was on set I was star struck," Leonardo added to U.S. TV show "Extra". "We got to sit down and chat, he couldn't have been a more amazing human being. It's a real tragic loss."
