The incident happens because the security guards mistake the 'Sanguine Paradise' rapper for a fan when he joins Gunna onstage at the 2019 Weekend Festival in Finland.

AceShowbiz - Lil Uzi Vert just wanted to show some support for Gunna by joining him onstage at the 2019 Weekend Festival in Finland over the weekend. But rather than receiving a warm welcome, the "Sanguine Paradise" rapper almost got into an altercation with security guards who were trying to kick him off the stage mid-performance.

In video footage of the incident, Gunna was seen hyping up the crowd when Uzi made his way from the side of the stage. However, the security guards mistook him for a fan and proceeded to grab and restrain him from moving. Gunna and his DJ quickly noticed what was happening and were quick to defuse the situation, as Uzi struggled to let himself go.

Uzi eventually managed to get away, but he was clearly offended over what the security guards did to him. Things escalated as the 24-year-old confronted one of the security guards who tried to tackle him, before Gunna calmed him down. Shortly after that, the two carried on with their performance.

This is not the first time Uzi got caught in troubles with the security. Prior to this, he made security go into panic mode when he tried to climb a fence to go backstage. In a video, security could be seen trying to pull him down while Uzi explained what he was doing.

Uzi is currently gearing up for the release of his new album "Eternal Atake", which he first announced back in July 2018. He previously revealed earlier this year that he had "finished the last song to the album" and that the album would be released within weeks, but in late June, the "That's a Rack" spitter backtracked his comment and admitted to not knowing when the effort would be hitting the stores. When asked by a fan about the album's release date, he said, "Um, I don't know, honestly."
