AceShowbiz - Julia Roberts has laughed off her Emmy Awards 'snub' after her role in "Homecoming" failed to net her a nomination on Tuesday (July 16).
The actress was expected to be among the Outstanding Actress contenders when the nods were announced but her first lead in a TV show failed to impress voters enough.
The 51-year-old took to Instagram shortly after the nominations were announced and posted a photo of an alert she received on her cellphone, which read: "Biggest Emmy nomination snubs: Julia Roberts, George Clooney and Emma Stone are among the A-listers shut out."
Julia captioned the image with: "Well, I'm in exceptional company at least."
