Justin Alexander Behr, who has been arrested twice by police for showing up at the 'Greta' star's home, has instead been indicted with four counts of misdemeanour trespassing.

AceShowbiz - An over-zealous Chloe Moretz fan has avoided being charged with stalking the actress.
Justin Alexander Behr showed up at the home of the "Greta" star in June, and was arrested for misdemeanour trespassing. However, upon his release, he went straight back to Chloe's house, and was held by police for a second time.
Despite his previous arrests, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office has charged the 18-year-old with four counts of misdemeanour trespassing, but he has managed to avoid being charged with felony stalking, TMZ reports.
Chloe's family is now seeking to obtain a restraining order against Behr in an effort to protect the 22-year-old actress.
