The 'Stronger' hitmaker is being sued by Andrew and Shirley Green, the legal guardians of a young girl named Natalie whose voice is featured in his 'Ultralight Beam' song.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West is seeking to have a lawsuit filed over a prayer sample used on his "Life of Pablo" album dismissed.

In February, court documents were filed against the rapper relating to his song "Ultralight Beam", which includes a sample of a viral video featuring a little girl named Natalie praying.

In the claim, the girl's legal guardians, Andrew and Shirley Green, maintain West received permission from Natalie's biological mother, Alice Johnson, to feature her voice on the track. But the couple, which adopted Natalie in 2012, claims Johnson had no right to give permission. They also allege West promised to pay Natalie but never did. The pair is seeking unspecified damages plus a cut of the album's profits for the girl.

West denies all allegations of wrongdoing and is seeking to have the suit dismissed, according to The Blast.
