An onlooker says the 'People v. O. J. Simpson: American Crime Story' star 'made a huge scene' and was 'loudly enjoying himself' when he stops by Baron's Cove in Sag Harbor with his girlfriend Claudine De Niro.

AceShowbiz - Cuba Gooding Jr. seems to be still having a good time in the Hamptons despite facing groping allegations. The 51-year-old actor was spotted partying at Baron's Cove in Sag Harbor with his girlfriend Claudine De Niro over the holiday weekend.

An onlooker tells Page Six that the "Selma" star and his girlfriend were "sitting alone in a corner holding hands and drinking rose," before they were joined by a larger group of friends. The Academy Award-winning actor was described as an attention seeker during the outing.

The source adds that Cuba "made a huge scene clapping for the whole restaurant," while his friends cheered him on. He was "loudly enjoying himself" and "wanted to be seen," the eyewitness goes on claiming.

Cuba was previously spotted partying at the Bowery Hotel, at a fashion party in Connecticut and at the Surf Lodge in Montauk with girlfriend as well as "The Wrestler" actor Gregg Bello after he was booked on charges of misdemeanor forcible touching and sexual abuse in the third degree in New York City on June 13.

"He seemed very relaxed," a source said of Cuba during the outing at the Surf Lodge. "He was saying hi to everyone." He also switched clothes with an employee whose shirt caught his eye. "He wound up exchanging shirts with the worker," the source told Page Six. "Cuba gave him his own checkered shirt and signed it and the kid gave him his shirt."

Cuba was reportedly also ranting publicly about the accusations against him while he's at the Bowery Hotel. "He said the woman fabricated the whole thing and that the truth would come out," a source told Page Six. "It was bizarre that he was in the main lounge of the hotel and he was talking about it [to his friends]," according to the eyewitness.

Cuba and his lawyer have denied the allegations that he grabbed a 30-year-old woman's breast without her consent at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in New York on June 9. He is due back in court in August.
