AceShowbiz - Chris Brown is facing yet another legal battle after the mother of his daughter accused him of failing to pay child support.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, Brown's ex, Nia Guzman, claims the star has yet to pay the $17,743 (£13 million) in child support he was ordered to hand over to help her care for their daughter, Royalty, in February.
She alleges Brown "has repeatedly engaged in conduct that dramatically increased the cost of litigation", adding, "He has ignored deposition notices, offered to participate in mediation in a court hearing then failed to even respond to potential mediation dates when proposed, and ignored settlement offers altogether."
Guzman maintains the singer's actions have led to "great hardship", because she is currently unemployed and relies on the 30 year old, who she claims is worth $7.5 million (£6 million), for financial support.
She is seeking over $258,000 (£206,000) in back support.
The "Kiss Kiss" hitmaker is currently expecting a child with another ex-girlfriend, Ammika Harris.
